Meet the Owners of Cleaning Solutions
Cleaning Solutions was founded in 2001 by Darlyn Theisen, who has more than 25 years of experience in the professional cleaning industry. Today, Darlyn operates the company alongside her husband and co-owner, Ken Theisen.
As Founder, Darlyn has remained actively involved in the growth and development of Cleaning Solutions. Her professional experience extends beyond cleaning itself and includes ongoing education and training in residential cleaning practices, business operations, leadership, hiring, employee development, and customer experience.
Darlyn has also participated in professional cleaning industry conferences, educational programs, and networking events throughout her career. That continued learning has helped shape the training processes, quality standards, and client-focused approach used by Cleaning Solutions today.
Together, Darlyn and Ken are committed to maintaining the values of a local, family-owned company while providing the structure, training, and accountability clients expect from a professional cleaning service.
